Question / Help Audio Not Working

Im having a problem where my OBS is not picking up my microphone sound. Its only picking up my integrated computer mic sound. I went in to my Recording devices(when you right click on the little speaker icon at the bottom-right) and i saw that my Turtle Beach was not picking up any sound from the microphone. Please help?

Also heres the sound thing or whatever it was.

By the way, here's my specs.

Memory: 16384 MB RAM
Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780M
DAC Type: Integrated RAMDAC
Microphone: Turtle Beach PX22

How is your microphone connected to your PC? If you don't see the meter moving in recording devices, check that your mic is not muted on the inline mute(if it has one) or that any mic volume knob is turned up.

I checked and that bar still is not moving. I also set the Mic Volume to the highest. but it still aint working
