The log looks okay...what little there is of it. What do you have here?:

I have my 7.1 Razer spacial audio digital mic selected.

Does it pretend to be the selected device or does it take its output? Because that could be why its not working.
No. Take screenshots of your rig, of the same things that I did, and post them here. It doesn't appear that you know enough to describe anything.

PrntScrn on the keyboard, then paste here. If you want to crop, draw on it, etc., paste into the Paint app instead, do all of that, then copy from there and paste here.
Keep the video viewer(s) black like I did, or any other solid color, or the forum will complain about it being too big. Too much visual information to preserve.

DON'T USE DEFAULT!!! It may (probably will) give you "something" to start with, but that "something" can and will change at the operating system's whim. Usually when you plug in something else, or something with that functionality "wakes up" for some reason. The OS can't tell the difference, and switches to the "new" audio input device on the assumption that you want to use that now.

Keeping things on Default is asking to suddenly not work at some point in the future. Always choose a specific device. Default is *only* to prove that it works on a fresh install, nothing more.

Also: This is more personal preference, that comes from understanding how both ways work, but I really don't like scene-specific audio like you show. I always use the global sources when at all possible, like I show. Too many instances of the scene transitions messing up the soundtrack. Global completely ignores all that...which means that the global sources have to be controlled separately and independently, but I'm already used to that from live sound, and there's a plugin that can automate those adjustments the way that *I* want:

Etc.

But if you only ever have the one scene and you don't mess with it, then you won't have a problem either way. Just don't use Default!
