Question / Help Audio not synced with image

My game audio isn't synced with the image. So for example say I'm playing Mega Man I will shoot my buster but 1 or 2 seconds later the sound for the buster would play. Please help me. This has been a problem for me ever since I got OBS.

I got Studio but I have come across yet another problem. It doesn't capture my game I have ran Studio as admin but still no game capture. Maybe I'm doing it wrong?
