"Audio Move" Filter is missing/not an option on my filters page

Hello, I'm trying to set up a TTS bot for my stream and part of the tutorials I've been following require me to apply an Audio Move filter to an audio source within my scenes in order to complete this process. However, no matter what I've tried Audio Move isn't an option among the filters. (I've attached an image of the ones available). I've tried re-installing OBS to see if it was an error in the instalment to no avail. At this point, I'm at a complete loss for what to do.

What tutorials? I'd never heard of an "Audio Move" filter, but I have heard of this:

The forum is quite active for that one, including the (prolific) developer. So if you need help with it, it shouldn't be long in coming.

Solved, its from a plugin that nobody is talking about in the tutorials...

Need to install the "Move Transition" Plugin - link below

Again: What tutorials? Seems that everyone makes them anymore, and none are official. So it doesn't mean anything to simply say, "the tutorial(s)".

If you're going to use one as a source or authority, please link to it! So we can choose whether to say, "you understood wrong, here's what they really meant," or "that guy's full of ****, here's how it really works."
