watch this, after three hours of gameplay the audio starts to get duplicated, the duplicate audio seems to start first than the audio in the stream. what could be the cause of this?

Question / Help - DOUBLED AUDIO!
Okay, so I just installed OBS. First use of the program the audio was fine. Streamed audio perfectly. Opened the program back up to stream a second time and the audio settings changed. Now the audio doubles. (Dunno why.) I have an El Gato HD60 Pro. I have Desktop audio on because I use discord...

Most common causes are: having your own stream open in a window; using your default audio device for monitoring.

I don't think so, because the problem only appears after two or three hours of gameplay.

A logfile might help diagnose. The above are the most common causes. Just letting a stream run several hours won't cause a properly configured stream to begin doubling audio.
If could also be that your audio is doubled all the time, but it's not noticeable immediately because both sources are in sync. If after several hours the two sources of audio fall out of sync, that would then become noticeable.

ps: the audio only doubles in games like the witch .. league of legends it doesn't.
