Question / Help Audio levels are uneven

Hello. I stream counter strike in game capture and when I'm in a Skype call or even in just the game, the only audio that is loud on stream is my voice. Both mic/sound in the obs main menu are at 100%. I can hardly hear anything other than my voice and I have no clue how to turn it down, I've looked everywhere in the settings. Thank you :)

Also: both Skype + the game are extremely loud for me, I turn them up so the stream can kind of hear it better. It just doesn't turn up for the stream.

Go to your sound settings for your computer. The default settings is to lower other sounds by 80% I believe, you want to turn that "off" so that it doesn't prioritize one sound and lower the others.

It didn't work, apparently it made it so that you couldn't even hear anything besides me. I have ono clue.

What setting do you have chosen on the communications tab in the sound control panel?

It's at Reduce other sounds by 50%

Set it to do nothing and see if it helps.

When it's on do nothing, NO sound comes through.
