I have been using OBS to stream DayZ on and off for quite some time with no issues, but recently I've been streaming more and more, so I made a few changes to improve both mine and the viewers experience. These included
1. switching my mic from a USB condenser (Which picked up too much background noise) to a boom mic attached to my Asus Xonar DG Mic input
2. Adding a logitech webcam
3. activating my on board intel graphics to make use of quick sync instead of x264
4. Downscalling to 720p instead of the native 1080p
Since making those changes I been having issues with the audio lagging the video by around 1.5 seconds. I tried every sync setting I could with no fix. I read everything I could find about it, and eventually I tried increasing the scene buffering time to 1500ms which fixed the issue. However over the last few nights the audio lag has been back. I checked my settings to make sure the buffering hadn't been reset, but it's still at 1500ms. I can't think of anything else that might have changed, so where do I go from here? Increase the buffer further, or look for the reason?
Fibre broadband connection
80mb/s download
20mb/s upload
Machine spec's are as follows:
Motherboard; Asus P8 Z77 V-LE
CPU; Intel i5 2500k @4.4Ghz
RAM; 8Gb Corsair Vengeance 1866
GPU; MSI Lightning GTX 770
SSD; 128Gb OCZ Vertex 4
Sound Card; Asus Xonar DG
Microphone; Antlion Modmic 4.0
Here is a log with the 1500ms buffer and audio working well

And here's last nights log with audio lagging even with the 1500ms buffer

Thanks in advance
