Question / Help Audio lag?

Alright so I guess my problem is pretty weird or just extremely simple because I can't seem to find this problem posted about anywhere else. When I start streaming or even preview streaming my audio everywhere seems to buffer; this go's for youtube, skype, and game audio as well. And in watching the active sound monitor on OBS the equalizers freeze. its also freezing my mic. I don't know if i'm missing something stupidly simplistic or have a legitimate problem.

Bad timestamp detected,
syncing audio to video time
dont sync audio to video. or use any kind of audio timestamping. You might also try downscaling to 720@30 since 1080@30 is kind of borderline for your CPU. everything else looks fine.

you might want to make sure that you use a different USB port for your headset and that nothing is plugged next to it.
