Question / Help Audio lag while streaming for hours

so basically I'm having audio getting off synch as time passes and I stream non stop, which did not happen with streams that lasted less than half an hour, or perhaps the lag was little or unnoticeable...

In this video, which goes on for 5 hours, you can see at the beginning it's OK, and as time passes, there's a synchronization issue you can clearly see in the cut scenes... and by the very end.... the audio is lagging behind by several seconds....
I have searched the forum, the FAQs and read every check-able option in the OBS but I don't see something that could help me, so I came here :) I hope this has happened before so I can solve it asap

Thanks for your support and for this efficient program.

Is this a device you're capturing with? Definitely need a log to determine your configuration.

Here it is, and NO DEVICE, only my computer

-Just want to add, using windows 8 64 bit, and just realized I opened the 32 bit version of OBS,
does 64 bit have any advantages?

Okay, if you're getting mic sync issues, here's what you need to do (note that this is partly my fault due to the code):

  • Try "Use Mic QPC timestamps" in advanced, and turn up scene buffering time to like 800.
  • If that fails, turn that off, and turn on "Mic Sync Fix Hack". Which can sometimes help.

Let me know if either of those help you out.

it's not the mic... I'm not using a mic....

here
I will try the link again
http://www.twitch.tv/bakalfredo/b/466125240
try at the beggining... at the middle and the end...
the beggining is ok, the middle has obvious issues and the end... is just awful
Since I'm streaming, there's no way I could have changed any settings... so I have no idea what to do.

Why are you using Speakers and Stereo Mix? They're basically the same thing.

Try setting Mic/Aux device to either Default or Disable, and just leave Desktop Audio on Default.

edit: Er, I see later you switched the Mic/Aux device to a microphone. So what exactly is getting desynched, then?

It's the speakers... those are getting desynched... I dunno what to do, it makes no sense. I am not using a mic or stereo mix either, it's muted out

Okay, if the desktop sound is the thing that's out of sync, then try using "Force desktop audio to sync to video" in advanced, as that usually fixes the problem.

Well, I have not streamed for over 5 hours like that time... So I don't have accurate answers to my original problem... funny thing... streaming for 5 hours is no simple task...
