Question / Help Audio lag + stream buffering alot

Everything is default apart from what i needed to change to be able to stream on twitch, im using CBR and CBR Padding, Max Bitrate is 2500, Buffer Size is 2500, Server EU London UK, GTX 780 1920 x 1080 resolution, aspect ratio 16:9, Resolution Downscale 1280 x 720, FPS 30, Encoding profile is main, keyframe interval is 2, everything else is default.

My upload speed floats around 15mbps - 20mbps but i did a speedtest 30 seconds ago it was at 18.45mbps
I started streaming and my friends were saying the picture quality is good and it was only in 720 so 1080 must be amazing but they said it buffered alot and the audio was lagging/stuck, it would keep making the same noise every 10 seconds (the noise when entering a game in league of legends)

what can i change to help? i was told to keep the bitrate and resolution reasonable because people with not so good internet wouldn't be able to view

Think i did this right, my problem is when streaming, my friends say its constantly buffers/freezes, also another issue is it keeps making sounds when it shouldn't, like when i enter a game on league of legends it makes a fairly loud noise like it is suppose to, but then it keeps replaying that sound every 5-10 seconds when it shouldn't, hopefully that makes sense

I have tried changing bitrate around from 2000, 2500, 3000, 3500 but the problem still occurs

I think the audio repeating looping problem was because i was watching the stream via twitch to see if it was buffering or not and i didnt mute it so it was looping, so thats fixed, as for buffering i have no idea, my internet is fine i think, i have 15mbps - 20mbps upload

The log doesn't report any network errors as far as I can tell. Not entirely sure about hte buffering.
