Question / Help Audio Keeps Repeating When I Start to Stream.

As the title states, whenever I start to stream, my audio always repeats itself and overlaps with other audio as well.

Example: I say, "Hello viewers!" *Game capture works fine* *I open something during Stream* *a couple of seconds later* "Hello viewers!"
Another Example: "Hello Viewers" *turns on Music from Youtube* *a couple of seconds later* "Hello Viewers! *with Youtube music overlapping*

How do I stop this??

Yep. You shouldn't be watching your stream on the system you're streaming from anyway; the Twitch player is actually fairly CPU-hungry in some cases. It's duplicating because your stream is playing audio which OBS catches and then streams out. The delay is due to the delay inherent with livestreaming.

Also, unrelated but also should be noted... don't livestream over wifi. Run an actual network cable. Wifi is designed for lightweight intermittent mobile usage, not for constant-rate throughput. It's not meant as a replacement for a cable, especially for heavier applications.
Even Powerline adapters are a step up from wifi, though I strongly advise against those too.
