I can't seem to get my friends to come through my stream via Xbl. Please help!

Thank you for the log.

The problem is that you need to make it so that voice outputs to speakers instead of headset, HDMI cannot pick up their voice unless voice audio is set to output to speakers in your xbox's settings.

It is set to both speakers and headset. I've even turned down the game volume in the preference section so that when people talk, the in game sound gets turned down. It's still very hard to hear in game voices... Would the use of component cables work instead of HDMI? Or would that not have any effect?

Unfortunately I don't quite know what to suggest -- if you set the voices to output to HDMI then I'm not entirely sure what to suggest to handle that if it's not working right, seems to be more of an xbox issue than anything.

If it's going through the HDMI then it's part of he audio from your device. I really don't know exactly what to suggest though. It sounds like the volume levels are wrong somewhere on the xbox or the source.
