Question / Help Audio issue. Webcam did not fix

I reinstalled obs, made sure I was running the current version, however even in preview stream, my webcam flashes, and my audio is choppy. It locks up my desktop and any programs running. Below is a link to my report.

I made sure all my drivers are up to date,
Webcam functions fine other than when in OBS
Headset works fine, with no cracking or issues when not using OBS
I am not experiencing any software or hardware issues at all unless I try to run obs.
I am plugged into my internet, not running on wireless.

Again I want to stress the audio and program locking issue is even in preview mode.

xwanted to update and advise that I did get the webcam to stop skipping. I just lowered the resolution UNDER 1280x720 however when I boot up obs it still freezes up.

I also read the lower res for webcam fixes the audio, but in my case it didn't. I removed the webcam, still choppy, I closed out obs and immediately my audio started working fine.
