Question / Help Audio is early/Video delay, found fix but need explanation

I started recording with quicksync at 28000 kbps, and audio at 48 128 kbps, this make the audio slightly early about 1 second. when i set the audio bitrate to 320kbps, this fixes. Why could this be?

i still think there is a very slight delay, so are there any other things i could do to fix this?

when this problem was occurring it was because the audio bitrate was set to 128kbps, i fixed this by setting it to 320kbps. i just want an explanation of why this could be
