Question / Help Audio going way out of sync, and little lag spikes

Hey guys, I'm trying to stream for myself for the game called: League Of Legends. I'm trying to rewatch my streams to find mistakes and stuff, and i usually like to stream a funny game with comments for my friends too. However, my audio is not syncing with the video. There is a delay of like 3 to 5 seconds, which is rather annoying. Also, sometimes it starts lagging out of nowhere, and then turn back to normall.
I'm using game capture device,
Running windows 8.1 64-bit,
Intel Quad Core Q8300 processor,
have 4GB RAM,
and im using a HD Radeon 6570 video card.
My upload speed is 6000kbps.
I downscale my stream to 720p

I retried it, and the analyser gave 0 errrors. Althought my audio is like 10- to 20 sec out of sync now :/

I feel like you must have accidentally changed one of the audio time offsets (either in audio settings or in advanced).

I just tried to record it locally to see if it was a problem with my internet or network settings. This is NOT the case.
It's somethnig in obs. I rewatched the vod i recorded locally and its also out of sync.

Instead of using your headset, I want you to try regular speakers, just to see if that makes any difference at all. Set the desktop audio device to desktop, remove your headphones, and try recording with your speakers instead of headphones.

Didnt fix it. It has to be something within OBS i pressume, because not only my ingame sound, but also my mic sounds arent synced with the video footage. They are synced with eachother tho, just not with the video

Not a clue. Never seen something like this happen before since the creation of OBS. Due to that fact, I'm more inclined to believe it's something to do with your system, so we'll just have to disagree on this. I can't really do much more without having access to the system directly.
