one can try to see if it's a receiver (viewer) play out buffer latency.
while watching your own live stream, refresh the page after you notice a video delay (most likely).
if a/v go back in sync, then you have nothing to worry about.
actually, there is nothing you need to fix and you can do nothing to fix.

i believe timestamp stuff (including DTS/PTS) are carefully handled by OBS and one can safely assume, all packets arrive at viewer have correct timing information.
