Bug Report Audio gets out of sync on next gen consoles

I don't know if this is a firmware thing or an OBS issue yet -- OBS has an issue with burst audio right now, if it receives audio in unexpectedly large busts it can cause it to "lose track" of its syncing position so to speak, so this may be an issue with OBS -- I haven't been able to confirm yet though.
