Question / Help Audio from mic fades out over time

Hello! I've been using OBS for about a year or so, and whenever I do a co-op with someone (with a voice chat over Skype) over time, roughly 2-5 minutes after the recording starts, my microphone fades out. I fixed this once (I think) by lowering the computer audio setting below a comfortable level, so my voice was more dominant. This problem only happens when in recording a Skype call and my mic, not when I play through a game solo. I don't physically start talking quieter. Evidence of this is that if I scream (horror game co-op) that scream acts as if it is -10 DBz or so.
Attached is the log for the recording session(s). Is this a problem with OBS, or is a derp on my part?
Edit: Just noticed in the same clips that the log file is from, the fading out starts being noticeable at a minute in.

Thank you in advance!

I bet skype is enabling audio ducking.

After reading your reply, I checked skype for any setting that could cause that, and surely enough, there were two settings. Auto-adjust speaker level, and auto-adjust microphone level.
Thank you for your help! I'll know in a day or so if it really was this auto adjusting.
