Bug Report Audio desync

When streaming and recording .flv clips through the replay buffer I have noticed lately that my audio is out of sync with my video

You can see in this video that my lips are not moving with the audio and that there is about a 1 second delay on my microphone's input

Is there a fix for this?

This clip was taken while livestreaming, but I've also had issues with audio desync ingame as well when just grabbing recordings while offline
