Question / Help Audio Desync When Using Game Capture

Hello all,

I have been trying to stream CS:GO for the past couple of days and have run out of personal troubleshooting steps and googled solutions haven't worked.

There is a considerable delay between my audio and video while using game capture mode for CS:GO. I have verified game capture as being the culprit as there is no audio delay (perfect sync) when using monitor or window capture.

I have tried the various googled solutions regarding audio delay, using forced desktop audio, QPC, MP3 instead of AAC, different streaming frame rates and bit depths, and im out of ideas. I can get the audio close by adding a 292ms delay to teh global audio sync offset, but it's still not perfect, perfect I think would be somewhere between 291 and 292, but I can't add a decimal. That being said, this shouldn't be an issue, no one else I know has had a problem.

My setup,

Win10 Pro Anniversary x64
OBS x64
i7 6700k
EVGA 980SC
On-board Audio, realtek something or other

What might be an issue is my Acer predator? I'm streaming 1440p (no downscale, causing tearing) at 60fps but my game runs at 165fps+ to match the refresh rate of the display.

I've add the log files from all the testing and troubleshooting I have done today. Would appreciate any insight from the community!

I'm having this exact same issue, tried everything, no avail.

I will say I don't have an Acer Predator, so maybe that isn't your issue.

Glad to see I'm not the only one, I guess, haha. I will mention that I have no problem with audio when I use shadowplay to stream. OBS is obviously the preferred software because of the great feature set but I'm still not finding a solution.
