Question / Help Audio Desync when importing into Premiere Pro

Well, i've been streaming / video editing gameplays for almost 2 months now, and never had a problem. But since last week, i'm having the following issue. Clips are fine when i play them on WMP or VLC or whatever, but when imported into Premiere, audio seems to be not synced with the video. It doesnt happen on all clips, seems to be random, even in clips in the same streaming season (i stream and record at the same time. stream is continuous, but i record matches independently. like every CSGO or Warzone match is a different recording, even tho they might be part of the same streaming session. dont know if that makes any senes, like i stream 4 hours, but start/stop the recording when the matches start/stop).
I record in CBR, i say this because i've seen people have had desync problemes whern recording at VBR in the past, so that's not the issue here.

So this is a game clip imported correctly in Premier:

And this is a game clip imported INCORRECTLY in Premier:

Both clips play well on VLC and WMP. But in Premier, the incorrected imported one starts synced but suddenly desyncs.

The clips are recorded with 3 audio tracks each (1 for desktop sound, 1 for my mic, and 1 for Discord). So it also seems so wierd that only the desktop audio track and the video track are desynced with the other 2 tracks. makes no sense at all to me :/

so if someone has any clue of what may be happening... any help would be appreciated.

Motherboard: MSI x470 Gaming Plus
GPU: MSI 1080 Gaming x 8gb
32gb ram 3200mhz corsair rbg whatever
some SSDs etc...

I have the same problem in premiere that you show in the second pic. I have 2 audio tracks one with my mic and one with desktop audio separately. But premiere adds an extra frame into the video and mic track so I think it's not synced properly.
Unfortunately I don't have any solution for this.
