Question / Help Audio Delay

I'm having some audio trouble that just recently started happening for some reason and I'm not sure why. I haven't changed any settings on the client at all, just kind of random. Please help?

Post a logfile (read the sticky thread at the top of the forum), and an exact description of what's happening. "The audio is causing a problem and I haven't changed anything" is vague enough to have no idea where to start. Also, if you have a VOD of the issue in-action, post a link to it.
