Audio delay with NDI Dual PC Stream

I've been having audio delay issues off and on for the last year of streaming using NDI since my streaming pc is a laptop. I thought I fixed it by switching it from streamlabs to obs studio. From my stream vod https://www.twitch.tv/videos/1211346913?t=03h52m43s everything was good until 3hours 52min in and then my vod stuttered up and for the next 4 hours I had an audio/video desync. Can anyone help me find a solution to this? Some days i have no issues, sometimes the delay happens after a hour. Its pretty inconsistent
