Bug Report Audio delay when switching scenes

Every time I switch scenes using OBS, the webcams have an audio delay, picture and voice aren't synced up any longer, and the only way to fix it is to restart the stream, which is obviously not ideal. Any solutions?
 
Is your webcam a global source? If not, I would highly recommend doing so
 
I need to know if the audio comes before the video, or if the video comes before the audio, if possible. If the audio comes before the video, you can delay the audio to match your video using "mic time offset".

Switching scenes shouldn't have any effect on audio timing, especially on a global source, so I find this rather strange. You should probably post a log file or something as well.
