So, I'm seeing a significant delay on the output of both NDI and SDI for multiple installations...
Windows 10 (Ryzen 9 3900X w/RTZ 2070 super and 64gb memory)
OBS 27.2.4
Decklink Duo 2
NDI 5 (Latest installed on all machines)
Essentially, I'm needing to add a 750ms delay to the video on both SDI and NDI outputs to get the audio to sync up. I've tried several machines in and out as well as compared it to different NDI generators. There is no delay in the output of other NDI generators and the SDI output from other devices (cameras or HDMI->SDI converters) are not having the same issue. It is ONLY OBS that is creating the issue and switching away / to low-latency mode doesn't help.
