Question / Help Audio De-sync as stream progresses {PC}

Hi guys,

I have been encounter this problem for a very long time and have no idea how to fix it. I've tried replacing mic/webcam, messing around with the "Mic Sync Offset" and still have no hope.

http://www.twitch.tv/biocoil/v/18278736 <--- this is an example of when the audio goes de-sync as I stream for a long period of time. I've also included a log below
