Question / Help Audio cutting out for a few seconds when recording/streaming

So when im recording/streaming the audio will completely cut out for a few seconds, and this happens like 5 times a minute. I don't know what the problem is and I don't know how to fix it. Please help!

Scene buffering time should be set to 700. any lower can cause audio issues.

I changed the scene buffering time and it still is cutting out audio
