Randomly started having this error every time i try to preview my stream, tried every fix i could find, I am not using Kraken 7.1 but i do use logitech g430's for my headset. There is no other programs or games open when I try to preview stream, and it will randomly work every few tries or after a reboot. Added log to post.

Try disabling "Enhancements":

still getting "cannot initialize desktop audio" when I disabled all enhancements, also tried uninstalling Logitech surround sound software and still got the error since it sounds like that is what is throwing the razer users errors, but still getting error.

I checked cpu usage as well when I encounter the error and the only thing that spikes is obs itself. I will check my drivers also though.

That actually worked! After testing it a few times it goes back to throwing the same error though. Would this be a problem with an windows audio driver?

The "Windows Audio" service is responsible for the audio features OBS needs. For some reason it thinks your system is overloaded (AUDCLNT_E_CPUUSAGE_EXCEEDED) so it doesn't let OBS create any new audio streams to avoid overloading your system further. Why it thinks that though I have no idea.
