I bought that infamous super cheap capture card not too long ago, the seven bucks one that, for the price, works surprisingly well.

It did, indeed, work very well, especially for how cheap it was but sometimes after booting the machine or even after closing and reopening OBS I had to remove the audio source from obs, unplug the capture card, replug it and add it back to obs.
After a month or so I got annoyed and bought something less cheap, a mirabox320 capture card 4k.
It works well, better than the cheaper one.
But the sound issue remains.
So at this point I don't know what to do. Before I was using a capture card plugged on a gpu slot (a blackmagic infinity pro4K) but I can't use it anymore, that one didn't have this problem. Is there anything I can do about this? It's getting pretty annoying.
On top of it all, I experienced the same issue on two distros so I assume the problem is not strictly distro related or related to one of the capture cards.
