Audio can be Monitored But Not able to Stream/Record

I am able to Hear audio in OBS studio.. But its not been recorded or heard in stream
weirdly audio is recorded or Heard on stream/Record if i set Frame rate to 30FPS...
audio is not recorded or streamed if fps 60FPS....
All i can say obs is able to receive audio...

fixed by installing OBS 32BIT..eventhough my sytem is 64bit....
