Question / Help Audio breaks/glitches when playing games

When I stream a game the audio freaks out making random noises and the game audio doesn't work at all after that sometimes I have problems with my mic but its not as common it makes it basically imposable to stream after it happens any idea what the problem is because I really want to stream.
Thanks.

Post your logfile, but it sounds to me like your sound card is having issues. again, post your log and I'll take a look, its under the help menu of OBS.

I know how to fix the problem but once I do the game audio doesn't work at all and I just need a fix to stop it from happening all together

I fix it by just turning it down changing the primary audio device and then turn it back to my head set but the game audio breaks and I cant be doing that every half an hour so i need a fix

Tell me about ur Audio Setup. Is it an USB Headset with an own soundcard? Have u got an onboard card too wich is not in use?

I don't have an on-board audio card my headset is the plyr 2s by skull candy its not the on board and the headset clashing because it would happen regularly and not only when is stream

If this happen even if u not stream and obs is closed, its no obs issue, So we cant help alot.

Its a wireless Headset, right? Could be a interference in the Transmission. Since when this error occurs? Have you changed anything around your Headset? Placed a Router near you? A DETEC Phone? Anything like this?

I know I'm saying it doesn't happen when its not open so it cant be a clashing issue. Also the issue has only been going on for like half a year and nothing before that and nothing has changed its just a random occurrence

Oh sorry. Dont read it right.

Have u install a clean Windows since this happens? I Know, that is not a solution what a gamer want to hear. But unfortunately it is one in many cases.

If it worked half a year ago with no problems, it may actually have only a few causes.

Some driver Update are not working right with obs
A Windows Update is the reason
A newer Version of obs?

Thats all i can think of. But maybe someone else has an idea. Sorry that i cant help.

That whould be great if this is the solution. So Easy and i have totally overlooked it.
Sometimes in the bottom of the logs shows a capture program that could interfere with OBS.
Code:
WARNING: Another hook is already present while trying to hook
 opengl32.dll, hook target is \Device\HarddiskVolume1\PROGRA~2
\Raptr\ltc_game32-96675.dll. If you experience crashes,
try disabling the other hooking application
