Question / Help Audio And Video Sync Issue. LOG FILE INCLUDED!

So recently over the past weeks ive noticed when I go live and start streaming my video/audio and webcam isnt sync. But when I restart the stream it seems to fix the issue. Any way to fix this issue? I also use the Elgato Game Capture HD.
