Hi if someone could help me try to solve this problem it would be very much appreciated. So basically I downloaded and set up OBS to record battlefield 4 gameplay with my friends. However I am not able to record gameplay, it only records the audio. I first went through and made sure i was using the right video adapter (NVIDIA GeForce GTX 860M) rather than my intel one. When this didnt work I went into my NVIDIA control panel and added OBS to my programs that my NVIDIA processor was controlling. However even this didn't work.
I have been searching for a solution for a long time and I don't see where I could have made a mistake following people's advice or if this is an isolated incident and nobody else has this problem.
Also my brother has this same computer (last years version) and his runs fine so idk if that helps or not, please reply!

Multiple video cards detected

If you are having problems and are using a laptop, see this thread for advice.

If you are using SLI or Crossfire, you may need to disable it for compatibility with OBS.

This is the error it gave me and this is what i previously tried to fix following the instructions on the forum posted by Jim the Developer. Still though it does not work when trying to record games, all it accomplishes is making me unable to record my desktop anymore. I know this is because i have reassigned OBS to my NVIDIA video card, so why cant I now record games that are also on that card?
If I made a mistake anywhere please help me out because im very confused still, thanks!
