Question / Help As of late I've been experiencing stutter/lag even with high fps

I believe I did not have this issue a few weeks back. I'm using a 3930k @ 4.4, GTX 980 Ti, 8GBs of RAM and some other not important shit.
The thing is - I get like 300+ fps when streaming. GPU and CPU never hits 50% Usage and the game still feels laggy. It sort of feels like Vsync but in 60hz (using 144hz monitor) with great inputlag and tearing. Really odd. Sort of like when something is bottlenecking and going 100%. But it doesnt!

I'm using 64-bit OS and 64-bit OBS v0.656b.
 
Sort of found the issue. It might just have been that I had OBS on my second monitor that fucked me. I minimized it and now its flawless. Cant even have the twitch stream on my second I realized. How come?
 
You only have 1 graphics outputting 2 monitors. That graphics may be slowing down to do the work of rendering OBS on second monitor. Windows DWM likes to v-sync, maybe slowing down primary monitor if the secondary monitor is only 60hz.

You might want to have a second computer watch your twitch stream.

I have a 3-way setup. Could that be an issue? When you say outputting 2 monitors, do you mean that I have 2 (actually 3) or did you mean something along the line that I record two monitors? Only using Game Capture.

My main is 144 and my second 75 and 60. Perhaps there's an plugin or software to monitor the twitch chat? There's like a hundred I found, but which one is best? :)
