Arma 3 will not stream for some reason while other applications stream fine, I thought it was Nvidia DSR at resolution 3840*2160 4k, but its not, even when I set it to 1080p resolution in game it does not work. I have left mostly everything on default and reinstalled the OBS to make sure while deleting anything left from the uninstall. I thought is was my Comodo anti virus blocking it but other games stream fine. What do you think it is? I have down scaled the resolution to 1280*720p like (defualt) I don't know what to do.
