Question / Help arma 3 question

Hi guys of OBS ! first of all i love the fact this is a free stream program and keep up the good work.

i have few questions about streaming to twitch while gaming arma 3

questions i have:

1) is it better to stream in 1920 * 1080 with no resolution scale, or do u prefer 1920 * 1080 with a downscale 1.5

let me be clear i want the best streaming quality for my viewers also in heavy combat situations with no lag issues on my side when i am streaming but i dont have this lag settings in either 1080 or 720 (in my game) but some people say the quality is good but not the best on twitch so i wonder could i do something wrong. I did a few tests already but i was thinking why always do test streams, u can ask on obs forum and maybe u will be pushed in the right direction and then u can see what goes good.

2) i saw on a youtube channel that maxbitrate is best set to 3500 kb/s and buffer also the same kbit number ? but on some other forums/youtubes/guides they speak about setting buffer always to 1000 for the best quality for viewers...

3) what do i set my fps for the best quality 30 ? 40 ? or 60 like i am doing now

Hope to get some cool answers where it is going wrong, cause when i turn fast arround in arma 3 some people with decent gaming pc tell me that the screens goes a little blurry (pixelwise). So in other words some people with same pc specs and who also stream and play arma 3 would be perfect in a perfect world.

i have a 120 Mbs download and 6Mbs upload ( good quality network - cable )

uploaded my log: https://gist.github.com/anonymous/b46665e6c1ab99b552ab

thanks in advance

The grass in ArmA games makes then very hard to make look good when streaming. The best way to mitigate that is to maximize your ratio of bit rate to resolution/frame rate. I recommend downscaling to 720p and using 30fps, and if you can stream at 3500kbps.
