Question / Help application not available? help

i wanted to download clr browser and i did i got the 64 bit just like i needed to but i wanted to download it for twitch alerts but when i download it off google chrome and mozila once it finishes downloading it doesn't open it just says the application is unavailable. it says the C;/users/admin/appdata/temp/CLRBrowserSourcePlugin-20140909x64.zip and then under it is says application not available i deleted the 32 bit(programsx86) and still nothing this happens when i use mozilla. When i use chrome it downloads i click open and just nothing at all happens. i downloaded the microsoft things as well the .NET and MS visual. I really need some help guys even any suggestions at all
