Application Audio Capture not working

I have had the same issue with application audio, but I also keep my desktop ( audio input on) and it collects sound from what I hear in my headphones. SO when I go back to edit video's if my audio input is off then when I go into a dialog or a cut scene everything goes mute but my own mic. it's fine during combat or free roaming tho. So when I edit videos later I have to mess with the audio tracts and because I'll have an echo from 2 audio sources picking the same up. I use 5 of the audio tracks tho. I posted this video on YouTube demonstrating my issue and posted text what I do to resolve it.

I have found one solution, and that has to be the order the programs have to be opened in for it to work. This is what I did:
-OBS has to be opened FIRST.
-THEN start up the game you're trying to get the audio for.
-If the game is started up BEFORE opening OBS, the audio won't pick up. You'll need to close the game and restart it.
-If the game can be controlled by a controller no matter what window you're using, use the menu sounds to test it out.
-Profit

Hope this helps.

THANK YOU SO MUCH THIS WORKS FOR ME TOO <3. I knew in the past I had gotten it to work sometimes but I forgot how. That's it! You just have to open OBS first. Super weird, hope they fix it.
