Application Audio Capture (BETA) distortion in audio occasionally even with low resource usage on OBS 29.0.2

Hi,
I have been streaming recently with Application Audio Capture (BETA) on OBS 29.02. Seems the sound distorts even when low resource usage on my PC. The distortion comes and goes.... It would be very nice feature if it worked 99%. Been using Windows 10 22H2 (19045.2604) You can hear it on my recent streams. Running OBS as admin in normal user's desktop. You can hear the distortion even when just streaming spotify audio and not playing any games. e.g. here: https://www.twitch.tv/videos/1749289598?t=00h04m21s
Anything in the horizon to fix this?

I was redirected to see these debug instructions but was not sure if it will work on current stable obs or do I need some other version etc... so I postponed the effort to try to do it right now.... https://github.com/obsproject/obs-studio/pull/5218#issuecomment-1071522440
