Question / Help Anyway to avoid streaming pop-ups (f.e. when I Alt-Tab)?

I am streaming a game but when I want to switch to my second monitor I use alt-tab. The alt-tab window shows up on my screen? Any settings I can use to avoid that? Or any tips on how to keep my stream "clean"?

Don't capture your monitor, use game / window capture.
