Question / Help Anyone use AVERMEDIA Game Broadcaster HD?

I wanted to buy an AVERMEDIA Game Broadcaster HD, but I am not sure if it will work with OBS for streaming in 60fps@720p. The card just supports 1080p@30fps for "recording" it says, even if it states it supports 1080p@60fps...

The input signal will come from another PC so it will always be 1080p. So even if I downsample to 720p, the stream output always just will be 30fps? Or does the card somehow support an intern 1080p down sampling to 720p@60fps?
 
No intern downsampling for that card. For this you have to get the Live Gamer HD (lite).
 
Why would that one work? The site states the same for this card: 1920 x 1080 (30p) recording
