Hmm, your laptop has two graphics chips, so the desktop is probably rendered by your Intel chip while OBS runs on the nvidia (which is best if you want to capture games running on the nvidia).
What are you trying to stream? Sometimes you have to check the "anti-cheat compatability" to make it work, thats what I have to do to get Game Capture to work with DayZ.
