Question / Help Any way to scroll text only every few minutes?

Hello everyone. I want some scrolling text on screen but not permanently, just every few minutes to not clutter the screen and because is a semi long text.

I tried adding spaces at the end of the text but the scrolling text length is limited by the texture size so it ends up not working. Any way to make this possible besides me manually activating the text in OBS?

There's no way to do this using text source.
Maybe an idea is to use browser source plugin (do the timed scrolling stuff using javascript)
