Question / Help Any way to get a custom outline around sources?

Lets say I want to broadcast a game, and have a facecam off to the side somewhere. Is there any way I could put an outline around the camera source, and if so, can I customize how the outline looks?

Here is a (crudely-drawn) example of what I mean:

Create an image in any editing program. Export that image with an alpha channel (.PNG). Import that image into OBS.

I know that might seems like a lot, but its pretty simple. A few Google searches and you will figure it out. I promise.
