what do you mean with ANY streams?
Usually its 1 guy streaming from 1 PC. Its demanding so even a high end rig will have problems running multiple streams (but it is possible, just doesnt make sense)

I have so task: start 2 or more players with different content, on one pc. And give it in network as different streams, same as different channels.

Ok, sorry :)
the number of streams , I do not know yet . however, I suggest that the number could be 10, 20 ... Make Stream on a single computer - it's expensive . I am looking for solutions to optimize .

Forget it. Even the best rig with a nice overclocked 5960X will go down with 4-5 streams (and this is a 2000$+ computer).

You can do this, but you still need a powerful PC to grab the videofeed and then send it to the server.
The best solution is a gaming PC with at least an i5 CPU inside for every single gamer that will take part in your project.

Clear.
but this is likely to depend on what to stream? I need to stream audio channels (for different outlets). Different outlets with video advertising.

I mean why would you want to have 4 separate channels being processed by 1 machine? Unless you're trying to budget a streaming house? Now if you wanted to converged 4 channels into 1 that's a different story completely, and while demanding wouldn't require anything more than an i5 dedicated to it.

Think of streaming more like television channels, all the shows have their own cameras, microphones, and equipment, that they then send to the master. The master being the actual channel you're watching. In the event of running multiple channels, with completely different content you'd want separate hardware. There is no optimal reasoning to run various channels w/ varying content between each channel other than what is honestly greed, and in this situation you'd only degrade quality of each channel by not dedicating its own hardware to it.

Duplicating a single channel to several locations is nothing.

Audio can be solved with a (cheap) mixer. You can get 24 channels for around 500$:

This will solve all your audio problems with proper equipment attached to it. Here you will have full control over all of your audio sources (analog only!) Specially because people do it for ages right now, every band that is recording songs uses this technology, it is well developed and affordable. You can mix whatever you want there and route it to a couple of different outputs and also to your headphones if you need to manage it. Dont expect the highest audio quality, but this is enough to work without any noise that people get when going too greedy into the audio world.
But for videofeeds you will spend way more money. Capture cards are expensive, that professional stuff from BlackMagicDesign (go take a look, but hold your wallet!)... Thats intense. And this is just the beginning, you need stuff to plug in into these capture cards.
Then you might want a Videomixer (same as DJ-mixer just with video inputs and additional functions) - this will set you back a couple of thousand USD...

Just tell us what the heck is this project and what do you try to achieve.
A streaming PC for each station can (and will) be cheaper than equipping it with highend audio and videogear.

thanks!
we organize music and video content for restaurants. Now we do it with scheduling server and computers that are installed in each restaurant. Translation is off-line. However, there is a need to do a broadcast on-line using the TV channels. And "to mix" with individual advertising content of each restaurant.

for the cost of the service is very expensive to allocate ps for each restaurant.

+ Task various audio stream to different restaurants ...

We are looking for variants ...
