Question / Help Any solutions to audio stutter?

Every thread I get to only has one response and no re-repsonse.

The audio of my stream is kind of popping or stutter for a split second every 7 seconds, so it's not flowing properly. Most of the green/blue response are asking for log files but no response after that.

Here's my last stream log https://gist.github.com/a64af275a24b3058b8e5
or check broadcast highlights to check the sound: www.twitch.tv/maxwilso

Some of asked if it's improper overclock... if I have no overclock software enabled what are my options?

I have an AMD 965 and a Asus M4A78T-E motherboard with 8GB of ram

You can try to disable "Cool 'n Quite" in your computer BIOS.
Sometimes it will underclock your CPU (to save energy) even if it isn't supposed to do like during Streaming.
(open something like CPU-Z on a second monitor and check if you CPU clock drops regulary).

You can also try to check if all drivers are up-to-date, especially for audio.

Actually I just re-watched my stream tonight and had no problems.

I updated my bios, update audio drivers, and enable auto cpu clock
