any capture comes out as white

I have the exact same problem ! It appears around a week or two. I use OBS for a youtube channel and now I cant produce videos. I have an HP Victus gaming laptop with two GPUs. OBS now only work with the integrated Intel GPU. It doesnt work with my NVIDIA GEFORCE RTX 4060 GPU anymore. The problem pop out of nowhere because everything was fine for months. I updated drivers, reinstall OBS, tried older driver versions, updated BIOS, reset the laptop, bring the laptop to a tech shop for analysis, have a call with HP technician, even tried to use Xsplit Broadcaster instead but nothing works ! Even Xsplit Broadcaster has this same white screen issue when using the NVIDIA GPU. The analysis of my laptop showed that my NVIDIA GPU is working normally so its not even that it just broke.
I am completly lost and dont know what to do. I started a Youtube channel back in May, invested 2 500$ in equipment for this and now, this problem is threathning my Youtube channel since I cant produce videos anymore.
I hope to fix this but I am starting to lose hope entirely.

Please post a log with your issue! Here's how...
OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...
