Hey guys,

First here is my latest log file:
https://gist.github.com/57977e8330f4b30b18daea1874fd6cfc

I can't determine the problem, this is my hardware

Asus P9X79 PRO
Intel Core i7-3280 LGA 2011
GTX 650 1GB
Samsung 850 500GB SSD
Samsung 830 256GB SSD
Western Digital WD Black 1TB HDD
NZXT H440 White
Venom Power Modular 750W

I'm trying to stream CS GO what is wrong here? CPU is almost always at 100% with 2 cores running at 90%, are my settings wrong? It's also reaching 60C

EDIT: I have 200 down and 200 up!

Here is a little bit of my latest stream: https://www.twitch.tv/dgp_maluco/v/64583593 - as you can see image quality is also bad while lagging.

Letting csgo go uncapped is likely not helping. Try limiting its fps to your monitor's refresh rate+1

Well but CS GO is that one game that the engine benefits from letting it uncapped, pro players all try to achieve 300FPS, I just can't that's why I have 120 to 200 FPS. There surely is another problem besides that since other pro streamers stream with 300FPS (In Game FPS)

EDIT: I play smooth as butter, in game it's fluid, just the stream is bad!

EDIT2:

I also have this

OBS Log Analyzer
Hook conflict detected

Game capture detected a hook conflict but was unable to determine which application was responsible. Try closing any other applications that may be injecting into your game, such as FRAPS, D3DGear, MSI Afterburner, AMD Raptr / Gaming Evolved, Action!, TeamSpeak/Mumble Overlays or any other kind of FPS monitor or overlay program

Nothing mentioned is running
