Question / Help Another generic buffer / lag / freeze issue. Please help!

Hey guys, hopefully you can recommend me some settings for my obs.
Been having lots of viewer issues particularly when streaming Reign of Kings and Dayz on twitch.
3 weeks of messing with the setting and ive gotten nowhere. Could it just be poorly optimised games?
My CPU usage floats around 100% most of the time.
I have an upload of around 11-12mbps through wired fibre optic connection.

I mean, I've had day's where the stream has been pretty stable and people say it looks and performs well. Is there anything I can do to at least help my CPU out?
