You could set a buffer if you click right on your webcam source to fix the delay. But check if your game is sync to your webcam than.

Add some delay to microphone? Maybe 200 milliseconds as a starting point. This is in Settings, audio, mic time offset.

Don't add webcam/video delay if the microphone audio comes too early.

You have the option to adjust the delay on the webcam and on your audio input (mic), just tweak it a bit and it will work fine.
I hope OBS will support low latency modes with up to 5-7ms (lowest) delay like we use it in out DAW/DJ software for years, but not we have to deal with that bullshit - but only once :-)

Well then, the audio delays will have to be bigger then 1000 milliseconds which equals to 1 second.

Are you using game capture or video capture? A log file may help see what might be going on.

Im using game capture!! but ye can't get a log sam! Posting for a friend! :P
Game capture have no delay, so im not sure why the audio comes too soon.

Log files can be found in OBS help menu.

Maybe try using OBS-MP (multiplatform) that have better audio inputs, audio controls, and may fix audio sync problem.
